Please Note: A minimum order of 100 cards is required
Any order processed under the minimum requirement may be cancelled and any payments refunded
Full payment on your order is required before designing or printing begins
Refunds due to cancellation is only accepted if requested before any designing begins
Quality Cards are not responsible for errors on any of our printed products that were approved during the final digital sample. Please make sure to check your digital samples carefully for spelling, punctuation, capitalisation, grammar, spacing, sizing and positioning. We are happy to reprint your products at a
discount in the case of an error found upon delivery
Returns or complaints based on colour are not acceptable. All screens and monitors are different therefore, your printed stationery colour may not be identical to the digital design colour. We always make sure each order looks amazing and that the colour is as true as possible
Please Note: This does not include any printing defects. Our quality control team will check each individual product before delivering them to you, making sure you are always receiving the best version.
Upon a successful submission of any form, we will reply back within 24 hours. Generally, we always fulfill this promise however, this is entirely based on the volume of submission during each day. We always try to make customer communication a priority, but please bear with us on the odd occasion we may exceed this timeframe
Unlimited revisions are based on a first come first serve order. There is a maximum of 2 revisions per day and no minimum. We will send the first revision to each customer before sending the second revision to another to make it fair and equal to all customers.
Please Note: Your response rate is a huge contributor to the revision turnaround time. Please try to clearly detail everything in the best possible manner upon each reply
